This Privacy Policy defines the rules of using the website and informs about the methods of protecting the privacy of personal data of the users of the website available at: https://www.Polish-VPN.pl, hereinafter referred to as " Service ”.

  • 3. The scope and legal basis on which we process personal data.

  • The data of visitors to the Website remain anonymous to us and are processed only for statistical purposes to study user activity on the Website and the level of attractiveness of individual website elements.     Personal data referred to in point 2 are stored for the entire duration of the contract, and after its completion, the clients personal data contained in the billing documentation will be processed for the period necessary to conduct financial reporting specified in the Act of September 29, 1994 on accounting. Personal data may be processed after the end of the contract, in order to pursue claims for unsettled payments until the parties financial settlement. Other personal data will be kept only until the purpose for which they were collected is achieved.

    5. Each person whose data is processed by Polish-VPN.pl has the right to:

  • to correct, supplement, update the content of your personal data - you can do it yourself after logging in to the customer panel or contact Polish-VPN.pl directly via traditional or electronic correspondence.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, if the processing is carried out pursuant to Article 23 (1) (5) of the Act of August 29 on the protection of personal data.
  • Withdraw consent to the use of the e-mail address for the purpose of sending commercial information - consent may be withdrawn by means of a deadline electronic inquiry sent to Polish-VPN.pl.

    11. Polish-VPN.pl is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Users, as a result of which Polish-VPN.pl processes the personal data provided by them in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy.

Polish-VPN.pl reserves the right to change, withdraw or modify the functions or properties of the Website, as well as to cease operations, transfer rights to the Website and perform any legal actions permitted by applicable law laws.
